Program description
Terrafox Networks sends SMS messages about project updates, scheduling, service appointments, and support requests to customers and prospects who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them.
Opt-in
You opt in by submitting your mobile number to us through a form, in writing, or verbally, and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, typically no more than 4 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact team@terrafox.com / 520-955-6300.
Carriers and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
