Terrafox Networks collects only the information you give us directly — name, company, email address, mobile number, and details about your project. We use it to respond to inquiries, deliver services, and send service-related messages you have requested.
Mobile numbers and SMS
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are used solely to send the messages you opted in to receive.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, and is generally limited to messages related to your project or support request — typically no more than 4 messages per month.

Data retention and security
We retain contact information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
